I moved my family here in 1998. We’ve lived in Seaside, Tigard, and Sherwood. Nike brought me here and I am very thankful. My time in Oregon has been amazing overall. When I leave to go back to the Midwest, I will leave with fond memories and good friends. I know that I always have another place to call home. I will come back to visit as often as possible. We have the ocean, Mt. Hood, PDX Underground, the Rose Festival, Crater Lake, Hood River, the Cascades, Mt. St. Helen, waterfalls, hiking trails, and forest and trees everywhere you turn, and who can forget the microbrews here! What a beautiful place! We purchased our first home in Sherwood, we could not ask for better neighbors! My third child, Trajan, was born at Providence-Newburg. I ran the Hood 2 Coast relay in 2003 with fellow Nike employees and friends, what an experience! Thanks for having us!
