Every Step in Oregon!

My family came to Oregon on the trail in 1883. My great great great great great Aunt ‘Till wrote a diary and talked about watching people in their lives die from asthma attacks and the flu. They endured the hardships so that they could see the new land of Oregon and fulfill their dreams. Since then, my family has owned several businesses, including a gas station, a full repair shop, contractor, managers, and others. Every step we have been in Oregon. My grandfather took my cousin and I all over the state to show us the beauty, the painted hills, the wallowas, crater lake, the coast, and of course, the immense beauty of Oregon’s forests. Now I am sharing that with my own daughters as we take trips to Fort Clatsop, trips to lakeview, and trips to the Oregon trail to touch our ancestors journeys. We still take every step and want to continue the dream of our forefathers and mothers to take every step in Oregon, and to continue to make this the place that they dreamed it would always be.
