Oregon Story

Being an Oregonian to me is something that I’m proud of. When people ask me where I’m from I love to be able to say Oregon. It’s a beautiful, scenic state. It’s home to millions of different interesting people. At some point in your life your going to meet an Oregonian even if you don’t live in Oregon. If you do then you will have something in common.
One thing I love about living in Oregon is it’s home to thousands of Volkswagen enthusiasts. I’ve never seen more Volkswagen lover’s in any other state besides Missouri. I’ve met hundreds of different people since I’ve lived in Oregon and about three quarters of them are German car enthusiasts. The other quarter is bmx bikers or just interesting people.
Most of the VW enthusiasts I’ve met are from all over the Pacific North West. Mainly the Portland and Milwaukie area. A lot of the bikers I’ve met are from Oregon City and Milwaukie. The only place I see most of my biking buddies is at the Oregon City skate park or riding downtown.
So I’ve met different people from all over Oregon and the Pacific North West and they are all very interesting and unique in their own ways. If I had the choice to move and live where ever I wanted I wouldn’t. Oregon is my home and always will be.
