Ongoing Exploration

My favorite memory of this state? Youngs River Falls…off a rope swing as a child. I fell in love - So many waterfalls! Once I learned to drive I visited the Columbia River Gorge - Hiking Oneonta and the Punchbowl and Tunnel Falls. Later motorcycling into Golden and Silver Falls State Park.

Anytime friends come from out of state I love showing off the natural beauty of our state. I’m happy we’ve preserved as much as we have. I do hope we’ll perserve more - especially our old growth forests.

Working for the Corps of Engineers Regulatory branch my passion to balance the needs of Oregon’s economic growth with the protection of Oregon’s natural resources is realized.
